Private Duty is 100% out of pocket with a minimum of 4 hours for those needing home making, personal care and respite services. We also accept payment from private insurance companies as well as, auto insurance and workers compensation. The services included range from Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Nursing and Home Health Aide.

Professional care management includes services of a certified case manager. They will maintain and monitor all clients care needs, meet with the family and any other health care professional. Diamond Home Care prides itself on our patient care and respect for its clients. Diamond Home care follows the guidelines of Michigan Home Health Association, and is CHAP and Medicare certified.
